Requisition Management purchase request doesn't display any items for 1 user only

I have a user in Business Portal who doesn't see any item numbers when trying to create a purchase request.

 

I had her "Sign in as a different user" on another person's network account (working user logged into the domain, her login in the web portal)  and the items appeared as expected.  So I am thinking it is something tied to her domain account as opposed to the settings in Business Portal.

 

Any one have any ideas?

    Have you checked the user security and which roles they are assigned to ? On each user, you need to set a security level on the line item level (Item Number, Account, Cost ... etc)
