I have a user in Business Portal who doesn't see any item numbers when trying to create a purchase request.
I had her "Sign in as a different user" on another person's network account (working user logged into the domain, her login in the web portal) and the items appeared as expected. So I am thinking it is something tied to her domain account as opposed to the settings in Business Portal.
Any one have any ideas?
