We're on GP 10 and FRx 6.7 and have been experiencing issues with FRx.
FRx opens when I click it, and I can sign in.
Once I sign in, it gives me a menu to "Select the Company to Work with" (it did not do this before).
Once I click the company I want, it will just open the menu again (does not actually allow me to access the tool).
Does anyone know what could be the issue here? Any help would be appreciated.

We have the same issue. - any resolution?
We checked the ODBC settings and they're the same between all the workstations (the ones that work and don't work), and we don't think the service pack should affect the issue here given one of the workstations still works.
Do you have any other recommendations regarding what it could be?
I would start by checking the DSN you use to connect to your server. Go into the ODBC administrator and check the settings. Do you have another workstation that works properly. Compare the ODBC settings between your computer and that one. Have you applied service packs 9 and 12 to your FRx?
