Hi,

One of our Sales team gets this error frequently when trying to add an email to a Contact record in Dynamics.

I have done some looking at dont see much information available about this error. Would anyone have an idea what the cause is and if there is a fix?

    Hi TedW,

    Did you do some customization(such as JS/Plugin) when you add an email to a Contact? And Could you provide the full error message?

    Hi Steve,

    No we didnt and it only appears to be affecting one user.

    By referring to the security role, BU, etc of the user who is facing this issue, Can you provide other user same role and then check ?
