Deployment Failure extension on cloud environment

Trying to install a customer extension app, I get the following error, and the app is not installed:

Deployment failed.
Errors: App ID : 01b0756c-45b1-44db-b195-08d89d4bb424
Message : { Deploying extension could not be started as there is another operation running on this environment. Please try again later or if the issue persists, please contact Microsoft Support and provide the Operation ID with the request. } -
Job Id : 36f41af7-79fa-4588-8c1a-d3ed09e9a8ed

This is the environment:

What can I do to proceed ?
I'm in the process of upgrading this customer and has created a new Production env.

You can try

Wait and Retry:
The error suggests trying again later. It's possible that there is an ongoing operation or deployment process that needs to complete before you can initiate a new one. Wait for some time and then try deploying the extension again.

Review Environment Limits:
Ensure that you are not hitting any limits imposed by the environment. There might be restrictions on the number of concurrent operations or deployment activities. Check the documentation or contact Microsoft Support for information on environment limits.

Hi,

The error indicates that the deployment of the customer extension app failed because there is another operation currently running on the environment.

As mentioned, you can retry after some time.

If the issue persists, please raise a SR to Microsoft for further investigation.
