Problem adding users in Marketing

I am using the trial version of Marketing and trying to add user but failed. I am from Singapore

I have assigned a few user and assigned with Marketing license and USL under trial version but in the Advance User, Security, User section cannot find them.

Please help.

Hello,

There are a few things you can check to make sure you see the users in the instance.

First confirm you can see the users in the Enabled Users view:

If the licenses are applied, but you cannot see the users in the above view. Please check if there is a security group applied to the instance.

In this screenshot, you can see on the right that I do not have a security group for my test org.

If there is a security group applied to the instance, the users will need to be added to that security group in the portal.office.com.
