    zulfi, how do you want to set this up?  Since it's a finance lease and not a capital lease, it would not be appropriate to set it up as a fixed asset.  Are you looking for guidance as to how to set up the financial aspects of the lease, i.e., book the liability and monthly ylease payments, including interest component?  If so, look at 'Scheduled Payments' in the Payables module.  Purchasing>>Transactions>>Scheduled Payments.  Open that window and press the F1 key to access definition and instructions on setting up Scheduled Payments.

    Thx Frank,it is a 4 year lease....and i have to pass monthly entries.......so i want to know how can i set them up in Dynamics....

    Look at Scheduled Payments - that's the feature to use for this scenario.
