In Remote Desktop environment there is a lag that happens whether the default report is selected or a modified report. One strange thing is that it will happen to some of the users but other users don’t experience the lag. Any suggestions on what is different in users that would make one user be slow and not the other? Possible things to look at? If each user is pointing to the same Dynamics reports.dic what in Remote Desktop can affect
lag times for things to print?

I have the same question (0)One of the things that I have noticed that makes a big difference in Remote Desktop is the printers and printer drivers that are configured for each of the different users.
Second issue can be hardware - not necessarily the computer / workstations - but the network switch between the users workstation and the Terminal Server.
As you have defined the environment as Terminal / Remote Desktop I am assuming all users are running to the same Terminal Server and running the same base code. When your users are connecting to the Remote Desktop, are they starting as Remote Applications or as full Remote Desktop? Are the users running with Roaming Profiles? Is there more than one Remote Desktop?
I am not thinking Microsoft Dynamics Code or Data issues as all users are running the same code, looking at the same reports.dic and running in the same company.
So that leads me to believe and look at the hardware and network environment for issues.
