How can I create a Sample Companies for Testing/Demo of Intercompany transactions? GP's sample company comes with only Fabrikam, Inc. Is it possible to add another Company? Do you have any other suggestions? Thank you.

Done it many times, never had that issue. Of course, I have really only done it for demo and extremely simple tests.
Do the Professional Service Tools copy company utility and you should be fine.

No. its not possible to replicate the same data, since it results error in key violation in Intercompany table.. we can add/create more sample companies via utilities.. and replicate some table values if Account segment in both companies are identical.

Assuming you have registration keys.
Create company using GP Utilites, for example (ONE - Old New England). Do a backup of TWO, then restore into ONE. This will give you at least something to play with. If you need something more that just basic testing to see how it works, then you could create the company ONE then use professional service tools to copy setups from TWO to ONE.
