Hello,
Our sales manager is receiving emails when our sales team sends the approval request perfectly fine. However, our sales reps are not being notified when it has been denied or approved causing a lot of unnecessary phone calls and emails for clarification. I have the notification emails set to "Instantly" and all users are set up with the sales manager as the approver and everyone's e-mail set to their email. I feel like I may be missing a step.
