Time Entry grid to show bi-weekly

Posted on by 97

How can I configure the Time Entry Grid to show Bi-weekly range instead of a weekly range?

pastedimage1623703819728v1.png

For example here, I'd like the range to show 06/15/2021 - 06/30/2021. How do i set that grid to show bi-weekly?

Thanks!

The TE grid is WYSIWYG except for adding columns, which it supports. For bi-weekly, I'd look at a custom page/canvas app.

Were you able to find a resolution for this? We are looking for the same functionality and wondered if you found a way to make it happen.

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for the response. The reason we require a bi-weekly time entry is because our payroll and time entry require bi-weekly inputs. In fact, not only are we looking to make it bi-weekly, we need the date to be "hardcoded" from 01-15 and from 16-30/31.

    Hi Crave,

I don't think this is possible without customisation to the time entry logic. What is your reason for requiring a bi-weekly time entry?

Could the "copy week" functionality be of use (E.g. enter one week and then copy it to the following or previous week)?
