MDM & LCY - Master Data Management with different local currencies

Has anyone done this? Would you recommend using Master Data Management, the new feature in BC22, if you have companies that do not have the same Local Currency (LCY) set up?

I think in thos case it is tricky to actually share more than contacts and adrresses.

i have been looking for documentation on how BC would handle this but did not find anything yet.
