Best way to create a aesthetically pleasing reports?

I am looking for the best way to create a report that looks good aesthetically. I have multiple entities that I need to retrieve data from. I am trying to achieve something like this:

Anyone know which direction I should go?

    I think that you could use the mail merge:

    www.youtube.com/watch

    www.ssw.com.au/.../RulestoBetterCRMMailMergeTemplate.aspx (crm 4.0)

    www.magnetismsolutions.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm-2013-mail-merge
