Is the applicant auto created as worker after he completes the On-boarding, or is created manually as worker in the HR Core?

Hi, you can't do that. there is no connection between these two.

    Only between Attract and CoreHR.

or, if you know a bit of CDS, PowerApps, Flow and Workflows, there are things that can be done :)

    best regards,

    Nicu

    Thanks, Nicu,

So, the answer is that as a standard functionality, the worker is not created automatically from the application process (Attract & Onboard), and must be created manually in HR Core. Right?

    Best regards,

    Petya

The candidate is created in attract, and after accepting the offer it is synced with Core HR. In core HR still needs to be hired.. But the main data are taken from attract (name and personal email), hiring manager etc

    The question was about onboarding...

    Regards,

    Nicu

Right, so the candidate from Attract is synced with HR Core - it goes under Personnel Management > Activity > Candidates to hire, and from there can be hired manually.

Thank you very much for your answers, Nicu!

hi Nicu, I have same query 5ya I just want to clarify so from Attract name and other details are created for the candidate, and then if he/she will then accepted the offer will transfer to On-boarding app. Is that mean that Name will also automatically reflected on worker's page, no need to create/fill-in Create New Worker form but instead Hire only for designated Position? am I correct?
