Employee discount on a certain customer group - how is that possible?

Hi 

We want to link a special discount to a regular customer group, so that when employees shop in stores (MPOS), they will automatically receive this discount. 
How can we do this?

    Hi, You case define the Sales Price list with the customer Price group and then please define the Discount Amount.
