standard workflow not appear in form after added it

Hello All

When I added Ledger journal daily WF ,it's not appear in the form after setup it

,Also I check All WF have same issue

    In the event

    Exception thrown in : Workflow configuration The type initializer for 'Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.Workflow.Model.WorkflowModelHelper' threw an exception.
