Can't delete a team

I'm trying to delete a team, but it gives me this message "Cannot delete a team which owns records. Reassign records to another user or team, and try again."

I reassigned the team's records to another user, but it still gives the same error.

I tried to delete the team's members, and then delete the team, but still facing same warning.

Any idea will be highly appreciated.

is this attached to a business unit? in that case if parent business unit you can disable them cannot delete them as far as I know.

Hi Shahd, thanks for reaching out.

Rao is correct, teams associated with default BU cannot be deleted. I looked through TechNet and MSDN but did not see any documentation of this. I know it has happened to me in the past, so I made team inactive.

Yes, its attached to a BU and i couldn't delete the team, i disabled it.
