Several of my clients use outside services to deliver their products. UBER, DRIZZLY, and GRUB HUB.
My thought is to make each outside service a customer and set their price to PriceA. However, while the PriceA, PriceB, and PriceC can be set to a higher amount, the Point of Sale will apply only the regular price or a discounted price and not an inflated price that includes a delivery charge.
Is there any work around?
Hi Seminolebs,
Can you check the Price calculation setting?
In testing if this is set to 'Use level if exists. Otherwise use minimum' is set, it appears to work as you are wanting.
1. Item pricing:
2. Customer setup:
3. POS shows price as $151.99 (level A price)

Dynamics Retail Management System 2.0 - Microsoft Lifecycle | Microsoft Docs
This is around 10 weeks from now; and you can continue using RMS after this date, but technical support will not be available.
I would recommend checking with your partner in regard to what they may recommend as a replacement system after the extended support end date.
