How can I prevent customer accounts from getting deleted in RMS?

I'm running RMS at our store. I realized today that there are about 18 customer accounts that have been deleted at some point. I'm assuming this was accidental. However, I can see the potential for theft if an employee created an account, charged a sale to account, then deleted the account. I'd like to prevent the employees from accidently or intentionaly deleting customer accounts.

How can I do this?

    Apply security to the delete button, so that only you can delete customers. Make sure they do not have Administrator Rights.

    Deleting a customer does not delete the sale.
