Ribbon Workbench Error Loading Solution

Hi,

We created a new solution and added some custom entities. When we try to open the solution in Ribbon Workbench, we are getting the following error:

We tried creating another solution, however we are experiencing the same issue. 

Can someone help us on this please?

    Hi kelly1,

    Have you install the latest version of Ribbon Workbench?

    When you just add an entity into solution without any metadata or subcomponents, could you get the same error?

    We use Dynamics 365 so we open the ribbon workbench from the Customization tab under Advanced Settings.

    Yes I only added the entity and still got the error.
