workflow to Increment value in Field

Hi,

I have created a new entity with fields. Now I want to write a workflow to increment count in the field when an account is created. But i'm not able to change dynamic values operator to increment, It is always in "set to" mode. Please help. I just want workflow to get number of account created.

Make sure you first selected numeric field while trying to do that. or if doing the same share your screenshot

Hi Mahen,

I did check the field type it is of whole number. But still operator is read only type.

Not sure if this can help but try to clear browser history and try again, also make sure you have added CRM URL under trusted site and your environment is updated in term of latest rollup.

Hi Allwyn,

Set the focus on the field which should be "Integer" type and then select "Increment By" mode and in the default box, write 1 to increment by 1 and save your create/Update Form page. I have worked on a similar implementation and this worked for me.
