Validate ledger dimension for Pending vendor invoice

Hi All

I have a workflow attached to Pending vendor invoice before which I need to validate the dimension against the account structure validations such as profitcentre/cost centre cannot be blank

I need to have the same error which we get while posting the pending vendor invoice before submitting to workflow

In standard LedgerDimensionValidationHelper::validateByTree() is point which validates the dimension combination while posting.

I tried posting pending vendor invoice without attaching PO now in this LedgerDimensionValidationHelper::validateByTree() method I need to pass the dimension combination which would through the same error while posting.

this is required for both item and procurement category.
