Dear Team,

Hoping you can help on my below query. I am relatively new to D365 marketing Capture form functionality.

We have created an external website and we trying to use 'Capture Form' within D365 marketing to capture the fields from the external website and create a Lead in CRM. We have a 'Multi-Select' option checkbox in our external website and as well as in our CRM end. We are able to map the other fields but facing issue with mapping Multi-select option field, the options are greyed out for this field.

Can you kindly check and advise how this option can be mapped in CRM?

    Hi Nya,

Thanks for the response. This looks like a huge limitation then, because in CRM I can create option set and multi-select option set and in the same way it should allow to map fields from external website to CRM as well.

Anyway I have raised a case with MS as well to see what they are responding with. Thanks for your response again.

    Thanks

    Gowtham

    Hi Gowtham,

These kinds of fields, such as "Option set", "MultiSelect Option Set" and so on, are not supported in Capture Forms.

The captured values from external form are text, but the fields are recorded with the value and label of the options. So it cannot be corresponded to by the value in the submission.
