Hi,

I can not do cash register statement. When i go there, the fields are blocked, my cash register no is not editable. You can see the ss below, also i will upload cash register card too. Do you have any idea to solve this issue.

Furkan,

The images you have provided show an ISV Addon in NAV. What addon is this as I have not see it before. I know LS Retail images. If you can email back the Addon name I can possibly point you getting support for this addon.
