Hi all, I am seeing activities in the Timeline that all have "from Normal" appended to them. See screenshot. I see this happening in 3 different instances.
It is only happening in the Timeline control. If I open any of these activities then I do NOT see the "from Normal" anywhere in the record. Can't find any other reports of this by Binging/Googling.
More importantly, any ideas on how to get rid of this?

you can check the card form and its fields as in which fields are in header section,
1. Navigate to Settings -> customization -> customize my system -> Expand the entities -> Select contact
2. Under Forms for contact -> Select the form which is loading in UCI interface
3. Open the timeline section to change the settings -> select activities tab
4. Check the value in the field "Display activities using", you can select the card form here
5. Make sure that for every activity which are added in timeline should have select the Card form for the same activity For e.g. For Email activity -> Email Card Form
6. In card form for every activity check the header section as the line "PhoneCall from Normal" will pick the values from the header field of the card form

Looks like you eed to open the timeline section on the contact form and customize it. The activity header for most entities will display "<Activity> from <Activity Owner>", but in your case it looks like it is set to display the Priority field instead of the owner (Priority displays Normal from the record).
Try changing the timeline settings for the meeting notes activity to Default format and Default fields in the section below. If it is set to display activities using card form, you need to modify the card form for each of the activities and replace the Priority field with Owner.
