Below is our business case.
In Contact form, when the "Address type" field has value "Work", then the Address related field should be auto populated from the related Account form. If the Address type is not Work, then reset the Address related fields to empty.
I got the first step through the workflow, however, if the Address type has been changed to anything other than Work, still the address information are there and not reset.
How to achieve this in workflow?
