Data Export is an add-on service made available as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online) solution that adds the ability to replicate Dynamics 365 (online) data to a Microsoft Azure SQL Database.

Question is if the Data Export Service compatible with Azure SQL Data Warehouse as well? Can it be used to replicate Dynamics CRM Online data to Azure SQL Data Warehouse?

Azure SQL Data Warehouse is not Supported as of now.

Since Azure SQL data warehouse is not optimised for singleton inserts and updates, the best practice would be to load the data from the Azure SQL replica - see [View:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/azure/sql-data-warehouse/sql-data-warehouse-overview-load#load-from-sql-server]
