Change batch number on transfer receipt AX2012

Hi, does anybody know if there exists a way to change the original batch number on a transfer order receipt? For example, I ship 5 units of product A batch LOT01 from warehouse 100. When I make the receipt register at warehouse 101 I want to change the batch number to consolidate the inventory on an existing batch.

    Hi Facundo

    There is no way of doing that in standard. You want to"transform" or merge one batch with another one at the same time of the receipt. You need to use a transfer journal after you received your stock in warehouse 101. The transfer journal will transfer from LOT01 to the LOT that you have in your warehouse. 

    There is a form to handles the merge in a better way. Specially if you have attributes.
