Had a funny one today, customer enters their invoice and for some godforsaken reason they enter ten lines and zero everything out apart from one line which they use a real kit on (why they do this no one could tell me). Anyway when they guy was printing on his machine it was including the blank lines physical and to screen. On his colleagues machine it printed all the lines on screen and just the lines with values on the physical invoice.
I fixed his problem, using the wrong set file. But I am really confused why a screen print of an invoice would contain information that a physical print would not.
