I have had the new UI completed on our Sandbox version and i am reviewing all tabs on the account.

I have a Sub grid for Orders to display all orders associated to the account but if i select Orders from the Related - Common section on the right it does not show any of the orders

Sub Grid on Account

To clarify i can go to the Orders entity and see all Orders there as well it just seems to be the Account and Order relationship is not showing the view i am using in the Sub grid is available in the related order section but does not show any data?

In the first screen shot you can see i also have a Invoice Sub Grid and this is showing the relationship correctly when you click on Invoice and in the Customization section both Order and Invocie looks the same.

this is how the sub grid is set up in the form.

I'm sure its something simple staring me in the face but i just cant see it at the moment.

Thank you in advance for any help received.

    Hi Colin,

There are a few things I would check here:

    1. Is the "Orders Associated View" containing additional filters that prevent displaying any data?

    2. Is there any additional relationship between Order and Account, on top of "Customer"? The issue could come from the fact that the "Order Associated View" in "Related" doesn't use the same relationship between these 2 entities (that could be the case if you have created a custom lookup to the Account entity).

HI Henry thanks for the reply.

there are no other filters on the Order Associated view, this is the out of the box view and none of the views seem to be working on the section when i try switching between them

the only relationships are the same as the invoice ones between Order and account so i am still stumped at the moment...

any other checks you can think of is appreciated

I have found the solution to my problem, Henry set me on the right path so thank you.

Basically I had multiple relationships that had the same display name in the issue above we have a Order relationship and a bill to 3rd party relationship but both had display name of Order. I changed this and now it is functioning correctly.

    Thanks again Henry
