unable to cancel customer order

Dears ,

i tried to cancel customer order from MPOS but i received an error database error accrued its happening from time to time not at all time can one help

also when i open link from event viewer i received this message

Hi,

I suggest you log a new service request to double confirm with Microsoft support team.

Please provide the MPOS user session id and time. Then they will check the retail server log to find the RCA.
