    Hi There,

it is not possible as an out of the box export.

you would need outlook connection + flows to achieve it : flow.microsoft.com/.../outlook-connector-more

    Hi Rawish,

Am i right in that Attachment Extractor will migrate the attachment to a file-share or SharePoint.

A further step would then be required to moved the email body and attachment from there ?

If, how easy is that ?

    Hi Rawish,

Would that allow me to migrate both an attachment and email body ?

    Thanks

    Hi M,

Bit curious, Why you want to extract email messages. Is that because of  using storage space? Attachment use most of the storage space, I dont think messages will take too much space.

why dont  you move all attachments to SharePoint under email documents. So the attachment can view anytime in email documents area in CRM

    Thanks
