CRM mobile in IE for windows mobile 6.5

Hello,

For some reason, my CRM mobile web app does not work in IE for Windows mobile 6.5.

After the user log in, he can navigate to the start page, but after he select any option, the IE prompts for username, password and domain again, but this time he doesn´t recognize them and throws:

HTTP Error 401.2 - Unauthorized: Access is denied

But in other devices and browsers it works percfectly....

Any ideas of where to check?

You say that is works on other devices and browsers.

So this problem is on one single device?

Have your tried with other users? From the error message, I would say it's a security issue.
