HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found

Our CRM test environment was working fine and then suddenly we get HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found when trying to browse to the organization. Everything is still setup the way it was.

CRM 2016 on Prem back-end and front-end, SQL Server 2014.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Can you check services.msc and ensure the various CRM Services are still running especially the application service.

yes all services are still running, I also restarted them.

Silly....the MS SQL server Profiler/trace was running, causing CRM requests to SQL to timeout.
