Integration Manager GL import help

We are having a issue with a Integration Manager GL import . The text file below and all of the lines should be integrated and most are importing just fine, Its the lines with same information that only the first line of that transaction imports the subsequent lines do not import. Does IM think they are duplicate? What setting do I need to change to process this import? I have highlighted the lines that do not import.
