Reference group on procurement categories form is not working

Hello,

We have moved from D365FO upd2 to upd11. 

We have done one customization on form procurement category(ProcCategoryHierarchyManagement) i.e added a new field budget manager in ecoResCategory table and it would be reference group from HcmWorker table(Budget Manager Name). 

the same customization was working properly in Upd2 but facing error in upd11 saying query missing in ecorescategorymodifier. I have checked all the relations in both versions, everything is same and infact i tried to implement this again newly in upd11.

What might be the cause? Can anyone help me here in solving this issue please?
