Azure DevOps Test cases - Expected results

When using Azure DevOps Test cases, is there a way to paste an image into the Expected results field for a specific Step and have the image scale or resize for better viewing?

When you paste into the Discussion field, the image resizes nicely and pops out when clicked on.

I appreciate your comments.
