Copy Documents Vs Get Posted Document Lines to Reverse in Purchase Return Order of Navision 2018

Hi,

I would like to find out. In Navision, when I go to Purchase Return Order, I can use Copy Documents to copy the line items of my PO.

I also realize that I can select "Get Posted Document Lines to Reverse" to bring out the lines of that PO.

I would like to find out if there is any difference?

    Josh,

    Copy document allows you to select a Posted Document (Receipt or Invoice) and copy all the fields affiliated with the Posted Document into the Purchase Return Order. You have the Option to include Header information and Recalculate the Lines, which could change Unit Cost. You also copy all the Lines from the original document.

    Get Posted Document Lines to Reverse is a more accurate process to specifically look at a specific Posted Purchase Line to reverse.
