Portal Timeline - Multiple Attachments while writing portal comment

Hi there,

We have been using time line view to show portal comments on case screen in portal 8.x with add new comment option. Timeline metadata is configured to display attach file which is working perfectly fine. Is there a way it can be modified to allow multiple files while on add comment screen.

Hi Anil,

I don't think its possible as comment uses the OOB notes functionality which itself can't upload multiple file at one.

Depending on your users you can select multiple files at a single time from the OS dialogue that appears. Not sure I can get a portal instance anymore with the recent changes to trials or else I would try to give you some screenshots.
