10We are getting an error when posting to General Journals via the API.
- Failed to create debit record in general journal:error - {code=Internal_EntityWithSameKeyExists, message=The record in table Gen. Journal Line already exists. Identification fields and values: Journal Template Name='GENERAL',Journal Batch Name='XXXX',Line No.='70000' CorrelationId: b1325451-1e28-4066-b05f-990972cc339d.}
When posting that Journal once pushed to BC, we are getting more errors.
- 'There is a gap in the number series'
- 'Select a Dimension Value Code for the Dimension Code X for G/L Account XXXX'
- 'Document number is out of balance by XXXX'
Are these errors in relation to specific features/configurations within BC? Not one we have come across before.
Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.
