Suggestions required for certifications

Hi Fellows,

I am holding a total experience of 9 years in IT sales as business development manager and sold only services for web and mobile applications.

Right now, I am much more interested to learn and accomplish microsoft dynamic certification but I am more confused in which certification should I go that will give me some understanding about microsoft dynamics and i can pitch the clients. So looking for a certification that will give me the idea how can we identify the pain points and which dynamics services we can sell to the customers.

Hey.

Besides MB910 (CRM) and MB920 (ERP), I would take the PL900 (PowerPlatform), as this is the base upon CRM is built.
