    Thank you very much, we had this problem two months ago.

    We looked in the magnifying glass printers and in the option of printers and the selection of printers appeared and indeed the user was configured with a mail report, what we did was delete that record and all the reports of the standard and those developed by us worked.

    Hi

    I am sure people with developing background will provide a better answer.

    We are on SaaS version and we had the same issue with our Custom Develop report (never had it with BC base reports). Most of the time the following approach solved our problem. But we had the case that the report had designed issue:

    Go to Printer Selection then set the user up for that report and any printer then try.
