I am trying to extend the 'Credit collections > Create Collection Letters class to have a new default locked field displaying in the 'Record to Include/ group of the dialog. I have tried adding a on this custom field on CustCollectionLetterCreate AOT query (extension), and the field doesn't show up in the dialog pop up. I'd like the field to show up visibly (it is a range on a custom field that lives on the CustTable extensions, which is the root data source of CustCollectionLetterCreate query which is the query that powers the class/process. Please see the attached screenshot for where I want to add the field.

Thanks in advance!!//

Moved from D365 general forum to the Finance forum, because it's clearly about F&O and not about D365 in general.

    Hi,

You need to add the Enum field to the range node.
Customer account and One-time customer field is showing in the dialog as it was added under range node of CustTable query DataSource.

    Thanks,
    Girish S.

As Girish suggested just add this field to the Ranges of that datasource and in the properties you can set the status to Locked.

    Hi GirishS and Bharani,

I tried that earlier and did a full sync and build, and it still didn't work. Does it work for you?
