Hi All,

User 1: This email id already exist in CRM.

User 2: this email id is not exist in CRM.

Now i am sending Email as follows and tracking the replies.

To : User1; User2

Sub Re: Quote: 123456

I am getting tracked for User1. But i want to track User2 replies in the same record. How can i achieve that?

    hi,

    I don't think so User2 replies will be tracked in CRM, unless user 2 email address is in CRM associated with some record e.g user, contact, lead etc.
