45We have a strange issue in Fixed Assets. Our user is trying to dispose of some Fixed Assets but is getting an error. She says that the day before (07/02/24) she created a test journal in our test environment and it posted OK.
The obvious answer then is that there must be a difference between the two environments. But where?
In Fixed Assets > Journal Entries > Fixed Assets Journal, she creates the journal, goes to post but gets this message:
Any help in getting further with this would be appreciated.
