Unable to Post Fixed Assets Journal

We have a strange issue in Fixed Assets.  Our user is trying to dispose of some Fixed Assets but is getting an error.  She says that the day before (07/02/24) she created a test journal in our test environment and it posted OK. 
 
The obvious answer then is that there must be a difference between the two environments.  But where?

In Fixed Assets > Journal Entries > Fixed Assets Journal, she creates the journal, goes to post but gets this message: 
 
 
Any help in getting further with this would be appreciated.

    has she selected the correct book for that asset?  The error message indicates the EV book doesn't exist on that asset.

    Yes she has, EV is the only book

    We need more info to assist.  Can you post a screenshot of the Book settings for the asset?

    Hi,
     
    Verify fixed asset posting profile. Check with main accounts are assigned for disposal - scrap for that book.
     
    Also, please share more details to understand the issue.

    Please Check the posting profiles of fixed assets.
    If they are correct then that main account is missing in your account structure please verify!
