User lost their Rich-Text-Editor "User Personalization" font name and font size settings

Hello together,

we have unlocked the personalisation settings in our rich text editor. There are now two problems:

1. the button for the personalisation settings is not displayed for every user. Sometimes it disappears for some users after a certain time.

2. if the user sets personalisation settings such as font "Verdana" and size "10", this is saved for an indefinite period of time (from a few minutes to several weeks), but then disappears and the default language of the system is used again.
The following screenshot shows the setting. After some time, it changes to the default language and "---" is displayed under "Current Settings".

The user has not changed the browser or deleted cookies. The problem appears on chrome, edge and mozilla.

Does anyone have similar problems and know how to solve them?

I know it's a long time ago ...

have you found the response to your own question, because I'm in an other situation in which your response could help me to found a response : how to reset to their defaults values personal settings, that have been changed ?
