Good evening. Our new customer sells many serialized items (tickets) and a customer may buy 30 tickets in one sale. Due to restrictions on serialized items they need to have one item on one line. They cannot sell 30 at $50.00, etc. So the sale is 30 lines long. That is fine on the screen and they will deal with that.
What they want is for the receipt to group together items by ID and say 30 @ 50.00 and not list each individual item with it's own line making the receipt way too long.
Is there a way to group like items? We can figure out not printing the serial number, but not how to group using the receipt.
Any guidance is appreciated!
