I just inherited an orphaned customer using RMS v2.0.1000 who is have a problem in POS I've never seen. When entering a quantity in POS, if the number is greater than 9 (or has more than one digit) they get an error "Invalid operation 422: An invalid quantity was detected." The first thing that I considered was "Limit Purchases", but not so. I did a repair on their registers through "Add/Remove Programs". They are running RMS on Windows XP SP3. I can't find any mention in hotfixes since 2.0.1000 and the customer is not current on support.
Has anyone ever seen anything like this. Any guess is welcome.

What add-ons are installed?
Have you run a database check and then a re-index in Admin?
Are they running a modified PO template?
Have them make you the Partner of record and see if there are any updates that are owed to them before their Maintenance expired.
If they plan on updating the RMH, the will need to be on support.
