I have to give migration costs estimate from salesforce to Dyn365. I know that is usually partner task, I need to give an estimate. It about moving 300 users to Dyn365 Customer Service.
I am interested to understand if a customer is running a salesforce solution they are looking for a migration expense estimate, they are interested in moving to Dyn365 and for that to happen I have to give them an bulk estimate what the costs would be.
What are the usual costs of migration and how would I be able to come up with an estimate?
Or ideas how I can come up with an estimate, or where to research it?
