AX users unable to login when run ssrs report

Hi Experts

all users unable to log in dynamics error when they run SSRS reports only.

business connector user only can access reports

This user granted.

1-system admin in ax 

2-system admin in SQL server

3-domain admin 

4-system admin on dynamic ax folder in reporting server 

Troubleshooting::

1-we make compile, compile into .net, sync database 

2-reinstall reporting service extension 

3-disable UAC from registry

4- configure Business connector id as the reporting service execution and service account.

5-delete all users and import it another time to Get the correct sid

6-Restart AOS and reporting services but not solved 

Any suggestions

    You need to define in AX that which account is your Business Connector Proxy account in the Service accounts form, and should be matching your service execution account. Then in the report server management URL you have to make sure it has the appropriate access to the root folder, and to your DynamicsAX report folder too.

    Hi,

    Please try to create new user and assign System admin and give access to DynamicsAX Report folder and see.

    because you will get to now if that is problem with existing user or not.
