Hi all,

as in subject, our license is expiring in 2 weeks.

I read a lot of post and guides about this deprecation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/ce-deprecation), but it's not so clear.
We use Sales for develop solution for our customers and our sales department use this app too.
It's not so clear to me what we need to do to maintain our CRM licensing plan.
What can we do to maintein our internal licenses?
Can we use other license /Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service e Customer Service - Sandbox per partner/?
Can anyone tell me something about this or give me some links where the problem is better explained?
Any suggestion or help will be apprecied.

we dont need to buy license, we are golden partner and we have our licenses, but seem that something is changed and it's not so clear for me.

MAybe this is not the correct forum, but can you indicate me where I can find some help for this?

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan was deprecated, I think in 2019. Here is a link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/ce-deprecation

This license encompassed the following services:

Dynamics 365 Marketing

Dynamics 365 Sales

Dynamics 365 Customer Service

Dynamics 365 Field Service

Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation

Now the Dynamics 365 license model are built as individual services and have to purchase as such. Perform a Google search for latest Dynamics 365 License Guide.
